I can't believe it!!!

Ok, the desert rat in me still can't believe the weather on the mountain! And, ok, I know that that vast majority of my posts seem to be weather related, but when you live in a dinky little town like Heber/Overgaard, Arizona... the weather is probably the biggest topic around.

But, it is snowing!!! On the 13th of May, it's snowing! I don't think there'll be much accumulation, but it is, nevertheless, snowing! Big, honking flakes! They're splatting on the ground like sloppy hunks off a snow cone! Very strange. It's rained lightly up to now today. It will be interesting to see where it goes from here.

I love the mountain! We have a fire going and are watching a movie.... Old age and mountain life are great!
