OK, to start with, I was sustained as 2nd Counselor in Primary today... Boy! Is that ever a kick out of my comfort zone!! I haven't been in Primary since my Julie was 8 years old... a CTR-B... That was a long time ago! Anyway, so the new presidency is sitting in the back of the room just kinda observing, right? The Bishop's counselor over the Primary is up in front telling the kids about the new theme for August... My Body is a Temple of God... He's doing a really good job, too, telling how they need to take good care of their bodies like we do the big temples... keeping it clean and cared for, etc. Then he asks the kids what resides in our bodies (our spirits, of course, was what he was trying to get them to say), when the Bishops's little boy, sitting right on the front row with the other Sunbeams, pipes up and says "Poop." Well, at that point we all lost it!!
I think maybe I will like this job after all and won't have to shoot myself!!
Gotta love what falls out of kids mouths!!
